We're incredibly excited to officially welcome Alan to iStrive as our new Head of Athlete Performance. Alan brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for developing athletes both on and off the pitch — his background in the game and performance industry will play a huge role in the next stage of our journey.

  • Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach
  • UEFA Elite Coach Educator

Alan's role focuses on helping players become stronger, faster, fitter, more confident, and more resilient through a complete athlete development approach — football-specific coaching, strength & conditioning, mobility, recovery, mindset, and performance preparation.
